Setup
The process is intuitive and reliable:
Manual Preparation: Pull the bottle strip manually to cut the initial segment.
Heating: Turn on the machine and wait for the heating block to reach the optimal temperature of 215°C. Insert one end of the plastic strip into the block.
Setup: Secure the start of the filament into the spool hook attached to the reel string.
Control: Adjust the motor speed as needed. The machine pulls the material using reinforced gears, performing the extrusion process.
Automatic Stop: Once the end of the strip is detected, the lever drops, activating the automatic shut-off system.
