At CPRENT, we want your experience to be safe, clear, and hassle-free. That’s why, in addition to delivering your equipment, we provide the support you need to use it correctly and unlock its full potential.

1) Warranty (Extruders and cutters)

Our machines come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering electrical, electronic, and mechanical components, provided they are used as directed.

The warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by misuse, including (but not limited to):

  • Improper temperature changes or operation outside of recommended ranges.
  • Motor strain or excessive demands placed on the equipment.
  • Cutting bottles in the wrong slot or incorrect use of the cutting system.
  • Dropping the machine, impacts, rough handling, or transportation without proper protection.
  • Seized gears (sprockets) due to lack of cleaning, residue buildup, or improper adjustment.
  • Modifications, repairs, or interventions performed by unauthorized third parties.

2) Inspection and Repair Process

In the event of a malfunction covered under warranty:

  • We coordinate the process with you and handle the shipping for inspection.
  • We perform the diagnostic assessment and the repair.
  • We return your machine fully repaired and verified.

3) Exchange or Return Policy

If the machine continues to experience problems after three (3) repairs for the same issue, you may choose between:

  • Replacement with a new machine.

Warranty and proper use validations apply.

4) Support and Guidance

At CPRENT, you are not alone: we are always available for any questions or technical guidance. We offer video call consultations for:

  • Setup and first steps.
  • Recommended settings (temperature, speed, cutting, etc.).
  • Best practices for use and maintenance.
