That\u2019s why, in addition to delivering your equipment, we provide the support you need to use it correctly and unlock its full potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1) Warranty (Extruders and cutters)<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our machines come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering electrical, electronic, and mechanical components, provided they are used as directed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by misuse, including (but not limited to):<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improper temperature changes or operation outside of recommended ranges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motor strain or excessive demands placed on the equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cutting bottles in the wrong slot or incorrect use of the cutting system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dropping the machine, impacts, rough handling, or transportation without proper protection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seized gears (sprockets) due to lack of cleaning, residue buildup, or improper adjustment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modifications, repairs, or interventions performed by unauthorized third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2) Inspection and Repair Process<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a malfunction covered under warranty:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We coordinate the process with you and handle the shipping for inspection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We perform the diagnostic assessment and the repair.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We return your machine fully repaired and verified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3) Exchange or Return Policy<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the machine continues to experience problems after three (3) repairs for the same issue, you may choose between:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Replacement with a new machine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Warranty and proper use validations apply.<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4) Support and Guidance<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At CPRENT, you are not alone: we are always available for any questions or technical guidance.
